Romanian companies only need to send their tax ID (CUI) and the invoice is filed in the national e-Factura system. We can also invoice private individuals.

Stays of up to 30 nights
The nightly rate goes down for stays of 2 and 3 nights, and from 7 nights the discount is significant. You will find the same discounts on Booking.com.
No hunting for a parking space
2 spaces in the building’s underground car park. In the evening, after the office or the site, you will not lose time looking for a space.
1 Gbps internet
For video calls and large files. You can work at the kitchen table or at the living-room table, and an extension lead is available.
Rest after work
A quiet neighbourhood, two bedrooms and 24/7 self check-in, even if you arrive at night.
For teams and long stays
- Up to 3 colleagues can each have their own room: two bedrooms plus the sofa bed in the living room, which we make up on request.
- On long stays we do a light clean and change the towels every 5 days; bed linen is changed on request.
- A fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
- Early check-in or late check-out at no extra cost when we have no guests before or after you.
- We have hosted teams from construction and interior fit-out, NGOs, retail and non-bank financial companies.

What do you need to issue a company invoice?
For Romanian companies, only the tax ID (CUI): our invoicing software fills in the rest and the invoice is filed in e-Factura. For other companies, send us the company details.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, for direct bookings: by bank transfer, by card via a payment link or with Revolut. You can also book through Booking.com.
What is the longest stay possible?
30 nights. On long stays we clean every 5 days, and the nightly rate drops significantly from 7 nights.
Can three colleagues have separate rooms?
Yes. The apartment has two bedrooms, and we make up the sofa bed in the living room on request for the third colleague.
