What data we process

This website uses no tracking cookies, has no user accounts and does not store forms. When you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we process the data you give us (name, contact details, dates and number of guests) only to reply to you and, if you make a direct booking, to fulfil it and to meet legal obligations (for example invoicing and guest records).

Visit statistics are anonymous and aggregated, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, with no cookies and no identification of individuals.

External services

Links to Booking.com, Google Maps, WhatsApp and social networks take you to sites run by other operators, with their own policies. The map on the Location page loads from Google Maps when you open the page; when it loads, Google Maps receives your IP address and may set cookies.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which technically processes access requests (including the IP address) for delivery and security.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and for the applicable legal obligations. Booking data is kept in line with tax and tourism legislation.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can write to us at any time at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
